Troubleshooting

Issue Fix
Rattling noises Ensure all screws and nuts are tightened properly. Culprits may include the nuts at the base of each tuning post, the screws at the ends of the tuning knobs, or strings left untrimmed.
Scratching noises when turning knobs Remove the pick guard/plate and spray compressed air into the opening of the knob's electrical component.
String buzzes A number of things can lead to string buzzes. Begin by checking the bridge height action and neck relief action against our recommended measurements. If this does not fix the issue please consult a professional as it may be time for a fret level.
My knobs or output jack is loose Unscrew and remove the pickguard/plate that the component is attached to. If knob related please remove the plastic knob as well. Hold the electrical components and use an appropriately sized wrench to tighten their nuts.
